Indian Curry with Noodle
I love eating everything with noodle because its cheaper and cook faster and if i didn't finish it, i can cook it the next day.
So this is what you need.
A set of noodle
Some mince meat plus slices of salami you have some.
Instant Indian Curry packet.
Half packet of coconut powder stirred in a quarter cup of water/ or coconut milk will do the trick
How you cook it
Bring the noodle to boil. While wait, cook the sauce.
Put a little bit of oil into the saucepan. Put in the mince meat and salami and stir it till it cook. Add the Indian Curry paste into the saucepan and stir. Put in the coconut milk and wait for it to shimmer. Taste it. If you like, you can add a bit of salt or sugar, but I didn't because the Indian Curry in the packet is full of flavour already.
Mix the noodle with the sauce and *waaaaa....lah*
Enjoy...

Introduction
This blog is mainly for anyone who live far far away from home. Surely you want to cook what your mom used to cook but not all ingredients are available.
Usually in food, I tend to choose 3 criteria. Must be simple, cheap and tasty.
Who am I?
Proudly Bruneian, lived far away from home and like food alot. Since I don't live with my parents, I tend to cook by myself. Since I have limited cash, I tend to cook simple but cheap food. I have a lot of past recipe but mostly I forgot about it. This is a start of my blog. A collection of the castaway recipe I made up myself..hehe...
